The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Lincolnshire Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ALCOHOL
Police arrested three Gurnee boys Oct. 26 during the football game at Stevenson High School, charging them with underage consumption of alcohol. All three have a Nov. 21 court appearance in Mundelein.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Stephanie N. Hatfield, 24, of 835 Game Trail, No. 304, Lakemoor, was arrested Oct. 27 at the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue and Knightsbridge Parkway and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She also was cited for speeding. She has a Nov. 30 court date in Waukegan.
Sumeet Sujeet Bhavsar, 28, of 2600 Canterbury, Harai, Zimbabwe, was arrested Oct. 27 at the intersection of state Route 22 and Elm Road and charged with DUI alcohol. He also was cited for speeding. He has a Nov. 21 court date in Waukegan.
Erica Gonzalez-Herrera, 21, of 26265 Route 83, No. 4, Mundelein, was arrested Oct. 28 at the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue and Route 22 and charged with DUI alcohol. She also was cited for illegal lane use. She has a court appearance Nov. 16 in Waukegan.
THEFT
Copper wire and six batteries were stolen Oct. 25 from a business on the 300 block of Surrey Lane.
