Lincolnshire Police Blotter for Feb. 21

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Lincolnshire Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

THEFT

Someone stole a bassoon, worth more than $5,000, sometime between Feb. 6 and 15 from the Stevenson High School band room.

ALCOHOL

Rebecca D. Leffelman, 20, of 100 S. Wheeling Road, Prospect Heights; Kimberly N. Korecky, 20, of 271 Lincoln Terrace, Buffalo Grove; Rhiannon L. Schwolow, 19, of 1145 N. Hickory Lane, Arlington Heights; Brian Martinez, 20, of 200 S. Wheeling Road, Prospect Heights; Ryan A. Blaese, 19, of 206 Arrowwood Court, Schaumburg; and a 16-year-old Arlington Heights girl were all arrested Feb. 18 at a business on the 1400 block of Milwaukee Avenue and charged with consumption of alcohol by minors. Each has a March 5 court appearance in Mundelein.

James M. Oesterreicher, 52, of 2260 Carlyle Court, Buffalo Grove, was arrested Feb. 19 at the intersection of Illinois Route 22 and Riverwoods Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use. He has a March 16 court appointment in Waukegan.

Lisa B. Caris, 42, of 252 Willow Parkway, Buffalo Grove, was arrested Feb. 19 at the intersection of Route 22 and Schelter Road and charged with DUI alcohol and improper lane use. She has a March 16 court date in Waukegan.

Elena Dioutkina, 39, of 1415 Canterbury Lane, Mundelein, was arrested Feb. 19 at the intersection of US Route 45 and Milwaukee Avenue and charged with DUI alcohol, improper lane use and having no proof of insurance. She has a March 16 court date in Waukegan.

Mark T. Greenleaf, 57, of 4244 14th St., Rock Island, was arrested Feb. 19 at the intersection of Route 22 and Olde Half Day Road and charged with DUI alcohol and disobeying a red light. He has a court appointment March 16 in Waukegan.
