The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Lincolnshire Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

ALCOHOL

Marc J. Futterman, 18, of 2433 Palazzo Drive, Buffalo Grove, was arrested Jan. 26 at the intersection of Illinois Route 22 and Riverwoods Road and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor and speeding. Brian M. Kim, 18, of 850 Ridgefield Lane, Buffalo Grove; Shiraz A. Sayeedi, 18, of 401 Marvins Way, Buffalo Grove; and a 17-year-old Long Grove boy, were also charged with possession of alcohol by a minor. All have a March 19 court date in Mundelein.

DRUGS

Eric M. Rekoske, 25, of 525 Caren Drive, Buffalo Grove, was arrested Jan. 26 at the intersection of Olde Half Day Road and Route 22 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana and failure to yield. He has a court date of March 5 in Mundelein.

Vanessa Munoz, 31, of 1924 N. Mozart, Chicago, was arrested Jan. 28 at the intersection of Route 22 and Riverwoods Road and charged with possession of marijuana. She has a court appearance March 5 in Mundelein.
