The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Lincolnshire Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BATTERY

Elias Papandreou, 28, of 3195 Augusta Lane, Wadsworth, was arrested Jan. 22 on the 200 block of Village Green and charged with battery, resisting a peace officer and disorderly conduct. He has a Feb. 13 court appearance in Waukegan.

BURGLARY

Someone stole clothing and other personal items Jan. 20 from a residence on the 400 block of Aptakisic Road.

TRESPASS

Jorge Hernandez, 38, of 4114 W. School St., Chicago, was arrested Jan. 16 at a business on the 500 block of Schelter Road and charged with trespassing. He has a Feb. 6 court date in Mundelein.
