The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Lincolnshire Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

BURGLARY

A thief smashed a car’s window Jan. 14 in a parking lot on Elm Road, stealing the purse inside.

THEFT

Someone stole a pair of welding leads Jan. 10 from a business on the 500 block of Industrial Drive.

Someone stole a bicycle Jan. 10 that the owner had left on the 900 block of Milwaukee Avenue.

ALCOHOL

Ricardo De La Luz, 19, of 124 S. Chicago Ave., Mundelein, was arrested Jan. 14 on the 1400 block of Milwaukee Avenue and charged with criminal damage to property and consumption of alcohol by a minor. Police also arrested Froylan Gonzalez, 19, of 306 W. Crystal St., Mundelein; Christian Flores, 19, of 821 Castleton Court, Mundelein; Erik I. Garcia-Flores, 19, of 240 Brice St., Mundelein; and Brenda Cardenas, 18, of 325 E. Circle Hill Drive, Arlington Heights, charging each with consumption of alcohol by a minor. They share a Feb. 6 court date in Mundelein.
