Lincolnshire’s physician helps remove soldier’s tattoo

With the Army enforcing stricter rules on tattoos, some soldiers and recruits are resorting to laser removal to conform to the new standards. One such physician practicing the procedure is based in Lincolnshire. According to the Chicago Tribune:

“At Advanced Dermatology in Lincolnshire, Steve Prus, a physician’s assistant, is treating one potential recruit who is deleting the oversized art from his forearm. Laser removal can cost $400 to $600 and take anywhere between 5 to 15 sessions, depending on the size.

The tattoo being removed?

His mother’s name.”
