Splash Bash Sunday to benefit pediatric research

The North Suburban Medical Research Junior Board (NSMRJB) will hold a “Splash Bash” Sunday, June 29, to benefit pediatric brain tumor research at the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.

The event will take place from 4:30 to 7 p.m. on the grounds of the Tamarak Day Camp, 23970 Elm Road, Lincolnshire. Outdoor activities will include live entertainment, swimming, tennis, horseback riding, bounce houses, basketball and arts and crafts.

Tickets are $30 per person in advance, or $40 at the door. Dinner is included. Children under two are free. To purchase tickets, visit www.nsmrjb.org.

Through a wide range of fundraising activities, the NSMRJB has raised more than $1.5 million for research since affiliating with the Ann and Robert H Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
